Our Story

Small batch, big flavour

Sunny Side Bakery started with a sourdough starter, a kitchen table, and a deep love of proper bread. What began as a weekend obsession in Brighton grew into something we couldn't keep to ourselves.

Every loaf is long-fermented, every pastry made by hand. We keep it simple, seasonal, and always honest.
